Refunds

Here at LuxeAllure Cosmetics we take pride in providing top tier customer service and making sure our customers are satisfied. Unfortunately, due to health and sanitation reasons all items are not eligible for returns.

 

Damaged Items

If items in your order arrive damaged please email a photo to LuxeAllureCosmetics@icloud.com. Items broken by the buyer will be non-refundable and will not be replaced.

 

Refunds 

All refunds will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.Â
